We have a single 120,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Northwest Houston which serves as the fabrication and logistics hub for Signco America. A singular manufacturing facility allows us to maintain the highest levels of quality control during the manufacturing process. Signco America utilizes the latest sign fabrication equipment and technology all of which are designed for speed, accuracy and precision in the execution of every project.

• Axis water jet machines with “5 Axis” technology that will cut up to 4” thick.

• Laser machine with 7’X14’ working area for any etching or cutting special plastic.

• 3 Environmentally friendly paint booths with custom color mixing capability.

• 64” full color printers on 3M vinyl and 3M laminator.

• 3D Raised Color Printer.

• 12’ RAS Folding machine.

• 12’ Press brake.

• 3 Precision metal forming equipment for sign cabinets and channel

• Fully equipped fleet including 48’ services trucks, 60’ and 85’ crane trucks that can tackle any job.

We have over 600 years of combined experience in our production and installation team and over 25 years of experience in our project management team. The majority of our production and design team have been together for close to 20 years.
